Financial Objectives

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to grow the company’s market share and profit
  • Set financial objectives, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
  • Maintain strong relationship with customers and represent Hana Pet as a partner of choice through regular store visits
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Identify market trends and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Team Management

  • Manage and train sales team
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
  • Develop individual sales target and assign territories for team members
  • Own objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and KPI targets are met
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, especially in FMCG
  • Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, punctual, self-motivated, focused, and creative
  • Excellent team leadership skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce)
  • Good command of English
  • Good skill in Microsoft Office
